The Assessment Division is a part of the Finance Department. The division is responsible for the valuation of all property in town. The assessor's office also is responsible for the recording and maintenance of all personal exemptions available to the taxpayers.
Information is available to regarding all properties in the office. The last Full Revaluation was completed on December 31, 2014 for the 2015, 2016, and 2017 tax bills.
All subsequent assessments reflect values as of that date.
