The Commission meets on the third Tuesday of every month.

The 7 members of the Cove Management Advisory Commission are appointed to terms of 3 years.

The commission:

Develops regulations for boating safety, use of the cove, moorings, permits and fees
Identifies, marks, and maintains accessibility to public rights-of-way
Establishes implementation procedures
Promotes and coordinates activities that encourage improvement to the cove
