Notice of Revaluation
The revaluation process is underway and there will be various field inspectors visiting properties from June until December 2023 during regular business hours. Inspectors will be wearing bright red, Northeast Revaluation gear and have identification badges and a signed letter from the Tax Assessor certifying their identity.
Field work includes: photographing the front of the property for documentation purposes, measuring the perimeter of any buildings or outbuildings and interior inspections as permitted by owners. Owners have the right to refuse any interior or exterior inspections.
Inspectors are instructed not to enter gated yards or other private areas without consent of the owner. They will be leaving stickers with their callback information if they cannot reach the property owner at time of inspection.
